WELCOME TO THE TAMAR VALLEY PANTRY
A shop run by community volunteers, for the community
Our aim is simple: to provide everyday essentials, fresh local produce, and a welcoming place for the community to come together.
Every penny of profit goes straight back into the shop, helping us remain sustainable and independent. As the Pantry grows, our long-term goal is to provide grants to support local projects and community initiatives.

What We Sell
Everyday groceries & local produce
We stock a range of general groceries and essentials, alongside fresh produce sourced as locally as possible.
Proudly supporting local suppliers
We work closely with trusted local farmers and producers, including:
- Trehill Farm – Local meat
- Wheal Farm – Chickens and very local vegetables
- Country Lane Eggs (Pensilva) – Fresh free-range eggs
- Tamar Fresh – Fruit and vegetables
- Milk & dairy – Supplied from local producers
By choosing local, we help reduce food miles and support the rural economy of the Tamar Valley.

Bean-to-cup coffee, freshly made
Our bean-to-cup coffee and hot takeaway drinks have quickly become a firm favourite with locals and visitors alike.
Whether you’re passing through, heading to work, on the school run or stopping for a chat, it’s the perfect place to grab a great coffee to go.
